On ne se refait pas.Ce qui ne veut pas dire réduire ou omettre le travail du volume musculaire. bulldog Posted April 3, 2015 Author Report Share Posted April 3, 2015 Merci.Jeudi en fin après-midi, séance de dos.SDT en quatrième exercice. 6 séries dont une pas très loin de mon max d'ailleurs.Le training ne s'est achevé là. Bras, abdos et cardio suivirent.Ma seule préoccupation fut de tenir le tempo.Je n'ai pensé qu'au mouvement et à ce que je devais faire exactement.
