Seance 1: pec/dos/epaules, trapeze, mollets

12-15reps, repos 1min apres chaque superset

-rowing barre/ dc x4

-tirage vertical/ dh x4

- ec incline/ oiseau incline x2

- ecartes vis a vis/ el laterale x2

- shrug/dips x4

- mollet debout/ elevation orteil x4

Seance 2: jambes/abdos, biceps/triceps, avant bras

- squat/releve de genou suspendu x4

- sdt roumain/crunch x4

- leg ext/leg curl x4

- planche laterale avec rotation x3

- ext poulie haute/curl barrex4

- ext vert/curl a la poulie x3

- ext poignet/flexions des poignets x3
